Our Little Man!

We can't believe it's already been over a week since Caleb arrived! I'm not going to lie, the first week was hard, esp. because it was just me and matt--all on our own with no family in town! I honestly cant believe we made it, haha! It was a great learning experience...to say the least! My mom and sister were blessed with 2am phone calls!! We love Caleb and are really getting to know him. He is just like his daddy--he looks just like him and from what his mom said, makes the same noises! I don't have time to blog too much right now, but will try to later this week while my parents are still here helping out--which I am sooo thankful for--my mom has been on baby duty at nights and has also been cooking while my dad has just been spoiling him) For now, here are a few pictures! We love you all:)

Last blog before baby Caleb arrives!

I've decided to post one last blog before baby Caleb officially makes his appearance into this world! We are so excited about tomorrow, and cant wait to finally meet our son! We are hoping all goes well and that the labor and delivery happen quickly and smoothly! Please keep us in your prayer throughout the day tomorrow, as it will be very tiring for us! Im not sure when i'll be back on here to blog, but I will be sure to post pictures as soon as I get a chance! Thanks for following our family through the pregnancy, and soon, you'll be able to follow us as we experience the joys(we hope, haha) of parenting!! We love you all so much!

Update! 39 1/2 weeks

I had a doctors appointment today! Im measuring 4cm and about 80% effaced! Everything looks great! They were surprised he hasnt come yet! I scheduled to be induced on Thursday Jan 8th. I'll call the hospital at 5am and see if they have a bed. If they do, then ill go in at 6am and start the process...if there is no bed, then they will call me when one comes available! We are so excited but are still hoping that he comes before then! We'll keep you updated and be sure to post pictures of baby Caleb when he arrives!

New Years Day!

My brother and Jacki made a trip into town for a few days and we were able to meet up with them for some dinner! We were also able to see Brian, Raquel and Baby Phillip! It was nice to be able to see Zach, since I'm not sure when we'll be able to see him before his wedding in January. We all went to the Mongolian Grill, which was delicious! It was a good time, and I always enjoy spending time with my family! Too bad Caleb couldn't be here to meet him:)
