My home has currently changed. Me and Matt finally got married on December 1st and moved everything down to Louisville KY. It's a bit of an adjustment for me but I'm excited about what the Lord is doing in our lives!! We ended up driving down here on a rainy sunday...he had the Uhaul, and I was driving the car behind him. I had never driven 6 hours before, so it was quite an adventure. We arrived and the apartment they had us in was the ugliest thing i've ever seen. I dont mean to sound ungrateful or anything...but the carpet was hideous!! So we were able to move into a townhouse with all hardwood floors for the same price as the apartment...and to make things BETTER...they gave us the 1st months rent off because of the inconvenience. but God didnt stop there...I had an interview on Monday with a doctors office...got the job...and started working on Wednesday! Its a plastic surgeons office, and i work as a receptionist! It's an amazing environment and im so happy that I found work so soon. As for me and Matt...we're doing wonderful! He's getting used to the fact that i CANNOT cook anything. We've been living on mac'n'cheese...spagettios....sandwiches...and breakfast foods! But i did buy a nice lookin' Ham, so maybe one of these days I'll work up enough courage to put it in the crock-pot! haha. I get a little homesick here and there, but soon come to realize that this is my new home...the home and husband that God has graciously blessed me with! I can't wait to see where this new beginning takes us.
